I just had to re-post these. I made them again today and I added some vanilla protein powder, amping up their nutrition value! Great for an after work-out treat!
These healthy little cookies are not only tasty, but they came together in a snap.
Moist, flavorful, and just the right amount of chocolate to tame your sweet tooth.
Sometimes I get so caught up in the “but they are healthy, so I’ll eat five!” that I really had to watch myself on these little guys. So my warning to you…..be careful!
In a medium-sized bowl mash the bananas with the back of a fork, then add in the remaining ingredients. Stir until all is incorporated. It will look a little “wet” but that is how it is supposed to look.
I used a small scooper, which was about 2 tablespoons for each cookie. Place the measured out cookie onto a parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 8-10 minutes.
Tada, in less than a half an hour you have a great little snack to get you through your day.
No feeling guilty on these, unless you have five…..then you can feel guilty!
